This week we're going super simple! This is really just an idea. A fun way to make a classic cookie into a Valentine treat.

Here we go . . .

Make your favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe. Don't have one? The one on the Chipits package is good one to try.

Press the dough into a parchment paper lined cookie sheet or pizza pan. If it doesn't quite fill the pan, don't worry, just pull your parchment paper up a bit.

Bake at 350 until it is lightly golden.

Remove from heat and let cool for about 10 minutes.

If you have some of the Chipits heart pieces, press them into the dough at different intervals.

Let cool for another few minutes, and using a heart cookie cutter, cut them into heart cookies.

You can add sprinkles to the top, you could do a chocolate drizzle, whatever you like to make these into a treat for your Valentine.

Have fun and enjoy!
