A s'more is something that is a summer staple. There is something so delicious about that sticky, chocolatey goodness that gets your taste buds tingling! Here's a recipe that is so easy, not quite as messy as that s'more over the fire but equally satisfying.
Let's get to the recipe. . .
S'more Bar
Combine and mix together 3 1/2 c, graham cracker crumbs 1 c. butter, melted 1/4 c. packed b. sugar press into the bottom of a 13"x9" pan lined with tinfoil and sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 325 for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool completely.
2nd layer Melt together and stir until smooth (if you use a microwave be careful not to burn the chocolate) 2 c. chopped milk chocolate or milk chocolate chips 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14oz) Pour over the crumb layer and smooth it out for an even layer.
Immediately scatter mini marshmallows over top (Use as many as you like to get an even covering.
Pop into the oven that you've set to broil. Watch this very closely! As soon as the marshmallows are toasted remove from the oven. IT doesn't take more than a couple of minutes.
Let cool or pop into the fridge/freezer to speed it along.
