Here's a quick and easy recipe that doesn't have any extra added sugar besides what is in the chocolate chips. It's really tasty, hits that chocolate craving and if you use gluten-free rice krispies your gluten-free friends will be happy!
Crunch Bar
In a medium sized mixing bowl, add in 3 c. rice krispies (use gluten free if needed)
In a saucepan, melt together, stirring until smooth 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips 1/4 c. coconut oil 1 c. almond butter or peanut butter (natural)
Pour over the rice krispies.
Pour into a parchment lined 8x8 baking dish.
Pop into the fridge for about 1 hour until firm. (this bar is best served cold)
