Have you been to Disneyworld? We were lucky enough to take a family trip when our kids were small with my in-laws. Wonderful to travel with - my mother-in-law is a super organized, map reader (pre-google) and great to be with and my father-in-law was game to go on rides with the kids. I have to say that for the 'happiest place on earth', I have never heard so many crying kids - lol! Anyway, back to the recipe. I came across this recipe on a Country Living site and it's from the Disney resorts. So, since travel isn't going to happen soon, why not take a trip and not leave the kitchen? These cookies have an ingredient that I don't usually put into my cookies, so thought I'd see what makes these Disney worthy - cause Disney just wouldn't do a bad cookie. These cookies did not disappoint - delish and devoured!

Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 1/2 c. flour - spooned into measuring cup so it's not too packed
1 tsp. b. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

In the stand of your mixer add in and mix
3/4 c. softened butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. icing sugar

Add in 1 at a time
2 large eggs

Slowly add in (turn your speed down)
the flour mixture.

When combined add in
Chocolate chips - I like to free hand - used about 1 package - I like a little cookie with my chocolate;)

Drop by spoonful onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake until golden brown at 350 - about 9 minutes.

We like to eat them warm, right out of the oven!

Enjoy!
