This is a recipe that I make almost every summer at some point and every time I do, I wonder why do I only make it in the summer? It's lip smacking delicious, customizable and really, really easy! It's a no churn ice cream which always seems to be a popular item on all the recipe blogs - likely because it's no bake - no heating up the house, and because you can add in whatever you like, it's super fun to make! I decided to add in skor this time around - not the skor bits, but real, broken up Skor chocolate bars and my testers were over the moon about this mix in. Really, really good! You can eat it in a cone, by the bowl or as the filling in an ice cream sandwich. Top it with more skor, whip cream and chocolate for a really indulgent treat - I can't stand it - it's so good:)
Let's get to it...

Add in 1 tsp. vanilla

Enjoy!
